We collaborated with Meest, a global postal service provider operating in 75 countries, to design and deliver a mobile application for efficient parcel management. This partnership began in 2019 and led to the successful release of an MVP tailored to meet both operational and customer expectations.

Develop a customer-centric mobile application for managing parcels.

Approach

Discovery Phase:

We conducted in-depth workshops with Meest’s IT team to understand their internal workflows, existing systems, and key pain points in parcel management. Simultaneously, we engaged with end-users to gather insights into their expectations and preferences.

Design & Development:

Based on the findings, our team created an intuitive product design emphasizing usability and accessibility. The design phase was iterative, incorporating feedback from both stakeholders and potential users.

Agile Development of the MVP:

Using agile methodologies, we prioritized features for the MVP, ensuring a balance between technical feasibility and customer-centric functionality.

Collaboration & Testing:

Throughout the project, we maintained close collaboration with Meest’s IT team to ensure the application integrated seamlessly with their systems. Rigorous testing phases ensured the product met quality standards and user expectations.
